Since 2016 I have been leading the redevelopment of the church’s 30-acre Harvard Campus (formerly United Theological Seminary) to be the home site of the Omega Community Development Corporation, the Hope Center for Families, and Omega Senior Lofts.

After School Program. I work with the middle school scholars, 5th and 6th graders from Fairview Elementary School and 7th and 8th graders from Edwin Joel Brown Middle School. Our program is funded by Montgomery County’s ADAMHS (Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services). This is the first year for this program. |
Program: Scholars of H.O.P.E. - 21st Century After School Program Office Phone Number: 937.723.8254 Email: jhale@omegacdc.org Jason Hale, LPC, a graduate of the University of Dayton’s masters program in Clinical Counseling, is a licensed mental health and substance use counselor, as well as a certified John Maxwell coach, and licensed minister in the Dayton, Ohio area. He has worked actively in the community for nearly 20 years to advocate for and empower those who are underserved and underprivileged, serving and speaking in various settings ranging from prisons and inner city streets, to schools and churches. “My calling and heart is for empowering youth for success. I’m excited to be a part of the Omega CDC vision for community development!”

The goal of Case Management services is to provide an individual case plan that allows the client to realistically reach their desired goals. Clients work along side of the Case Manager to not only obtain educational and employment goals, but maintain a pace of work that is true to life and rewarding. |
